We offer daily, weekly and monthly Muay Thai training packages, running two Thai boxing training sessions each day, both morning and afternoon.

With our weekly and monthly Muay Thai training packages you can choose whether you train once or twice per day, plus you have unlimited access to our on-site western gym. The Thai boxing gym is open seven days per week - with our weekly and monthly packages you'll be training six days per week with one rest day to allow your body to recover.
Thai boxing training with Island Muay Thai is physically demanding, so the vast majority of people favor making one training session each day. However, if you’re feeling extremely energetic, or are stepping up the intensity of your training (perhaps in preparation for a fight) you’re able to make both morning and afternoon session.
